I passed my driving test on Friday at the age of 26 :)
This means that I have been able to return to work and so today was my first day at the site I have been transferred to. I’m really excited about getting settled there especially since the training facilities look great and my college course sounds good. It also sounds like I’ll get to specialise in one area of engineering which is what suits me so I’m really happy.
Anyway, the fact that I can now drive means that when I saw a beautiful sunset out of my living room window on Sunday I had to jump in the car and drive 10 minutes up the road to Portencross. I got some great shots and one of them even got a fave on flickr from a random which made my day :)

Unicycle
One of my friends has alerted me to a deal in cheapo supermarket chain Lidl, starting on Thursday. A unicycle for £34.99!
I am so tempted, just for the laughs it would bring and the photo opportunities it would present. The dilemma I have however, is that I wanted to treat myself to Red Dead Redemption on the Xbox 360 this month and it costs…wait for it…£34.99.
Looks like it’s decision time Gilly…

Lately I’ve been reading a few people’s tumblr’se’sses and thought it would be more convenient if I had one myself so as I could find the others more easily.
